Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Ads Agent (ppcdb.com, "we") collects, how it is used and how you can have it deleted. It applies to the website ppcdb.com and to the Ads Agentapplication.

Data we collect

• Account data: your name and email address used to sign in.
• Google account authorization: OAuth tokens issued by Google when you connect a Google account. We do not see or store your Google password.
• Google Ads data: for the advertising accounts you connect — campaigns, ad groups, ads and assets, targeting, budgets, costs, clicks, conversions and change history.
• YouTube: when you use video upload, the video files and titles you choose to upload to your own channel.
• Technical data: server logs with request time and IP address, kept for security and troubleshooting.

How we use data

We use data only to provide the features you use: reporting on your advertising accounts, preparing and applying campaign changes that you approve, and uploading your ad videos. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising or profiling, and do not share it with third parties, except service providers that host our infrastructure under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Google API Services

Ads Agent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data received from Google APIs is used only to provide and improve user-facing features of the app, is not transferred to others except as described above, is not used for serving advertisements, and is not read by people except with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with the law.

Storage and security

Data is stored on our own servers. Access tokens and credentials of advertising platforms are encrypted at rest (AES-256). Access to the application requires authentication and is limited to invited team members.

Retention and deletion

We keep advertising reporting data while your account is connected. You can revoke Ads Agent's access at any time in your Google Account permissions. To have your data deleted, email assetmanagementppc@gmail.com; we delete stored tokens and account data within 30 days.
