Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Ads Agent (ppcdb.com, "the service"). By signing in you agree to them.

Access

The service is available by invitation to members of the team that operates the connected advertising accounts. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.

Your accounts and content

You may connect only advertising accounts and YouTube channels that you own or are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for your campaigns, ads and videos and for complying with the policies of the advertising platforms, including Google Ads policies. Changes to campaigns are applied only after a team member approves them.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to access accounts you are not authorized to manage.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not use the service to publish content that violates law or platform policies.

Data

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect accounts and revoke access at any time.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or advertising spend resulting from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend access that violates these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
